These Terms & Conditions govern your use of My Neuro Vitality, a cognitive health, balance, coordination, and fall-risk reduction program operated by My Neuro LLC. By using the website, app, or text messaging program, you agree to these terms. Enrolled participants also agree to the My Neuro LLC Program User Agreement presented during enrollment.

My Neuro Vitality provides short daily brain-body exercises, assessments, and care-team support from home. It does not provide emergency services or replace care from your doctor. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from My Neuro Vitality related to your participation in the program, including:

• Enrollment messages, such as invitations and account setup information.
